Local Readiness Team Leads

Local Readiness Team Leads (LRTLs) are representatives from schools and units throughout the University who act as liaisons to Project Café. The LRTLs help us disseminate more targeted information about relevant topics to the appropriate individuals in their respective areas. They also assist their units in determining who should attend what training courses.
