About the Project

Project Café, also known as the Financial Management Systems Replacement Initiative, is charged with replacing Northwestern University’s current financial system, CUFS, with a web-based PeopleSoft Financials product and other third-party software.

Our Approach

Our team comprises dedicated full time staff, some new to the University and some longtime Northwestern employees, whose goal is to implement a new financial system keyed to Northwestern's needs. We are also privileged to be joined by senior representatives from various offices in schools and central administration. For details, check out our newsletters.
